Q + A

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We ask that guests arrive by 3:45 PM so everyone has time to get settled before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where is the ceremony taking place?

Our ceremony will take place at Royal Lahaina Resort on the Villas Lawn. Guests can walk up the main drive, continue through the breezeway, and make an immediate right to reach the lawn. Please allow yourself enough time to find the ceremony location and get settled before the start time.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of guest parking directly in front of Royal Lahaina Resort. You can let the staff know, if you are stopped, that you are attending a wedding, and there will be no charge.

Where will the reception be held?

Following the ceremony, we'll celebrate with a reception dinner at Duke's Maui, located at Honua Kai Resort. We're excited to enjoy a beautiful evening, great food, and time with our favorite people!

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?

The ceremony and reception will take place at two different resorts. Guests will need to arrange their own transportation from Royal Lahaina Resort to Duke's Maui at Honua Kai Resort. We recommend planning ahead so you can comfortably make your way to dinner after the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Think dresses, jumpsuits, dress pants, button-down shirts, and other polished looks. We kindly ask that guests avoid white, ivory, cream, champagne, and sage green. Since we're celebrating in Maui, lightweight and breathable fabrics are always a great choice!

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Our wedding is taking place in beautiful Maui outdoors on a lawn overlooking the ocean, so we recommend dressing comfortably for the tropical weather and bringing a light layer if needed. The reception will be a t an open-air restaurant.

Where are the bride and groom staying?

We are staying at the Garden Villas at the Honua Kai Resort.

Who should I contact if I have questions?
